PERSONALIZED
BENEFITS
PACKAGE (PBK)

We understand the importance of flexibility when selecting benefits, as situations will differ between employees. As a result, Triaplex offers each teammate a Personalized Benefits Package (PBK, valued at approximately 30% of the annual salary of our teammates), which can be tailored to particular needs. 

The package covers most costs associated with Health, Wellness, Childcare Benefits, and Paid Time Off. The PBK provides teammates with the flexibility to choose the best benefits structure for their individual/family needs and may be used for the categories of benefits:

MEDICAL, DENTAL, & VISION INSURANCE

We are pleased to offer a significant benefit: Triaplex covers the full cost of each employee's monthly medical premium. This commitment ensures that our employees can access top-quality healthcare services without financial burden, allowing them to focus on their health and peace of mind.

HEALTH REIMBURSEMENT ARRANGEMENT

We are proud to prioritize the health of our employees. When enrolled in an HRA-eligible medical plan, Triaplex will open and fund the HRA for use by the employee and their family. HRA’s are financial accounts that can assist with paying for your deductible, copays, routine doctor’s visits, hospital expenses, dental care, and more. Triaplex will be contributing $3,000 annually for individuals and $4,000 annually for families to each HRA.

FLEXIBLE PAID TIME OFF 

Triaplex encourages a balanced lifestyle for all teammates to experience rest, dynamic recreation, and recovery. To support this, we offer all employees a minimum of 7 weeks (288 hours) of paid time per year. This combines holidays and vacation while entrusting all sick leave to be taken as needed by employees.

TECHNOLOGY REIMBURSEMENT

Recognizing the rapid pace of technological advancement, we offer a generous benefit wherein all employees may request up to $1,500 per calendar year to cover the costs of various technological hardware and software. This initiative is designed to empower our team members to stay ahead with the latest innovations, enhancing both their productivity and professional growth.

TUITION REIMBURSEMENT

We empower our team members to expand their knowledge and skills, enhancing their career trajectories and contributing to our collective success. All employees have the opportunity to request up to 100% tuition reimbursement for Bachelors/Masters+ degrees that are directly relevant to Triaplex products and services. Triaplex will also cover up to 100% of the costs of relevant certifications to Triaplex products and services.

LIFE INSURANCE

We offer a comprehensive life insurance benefit, fully paid by the company. This coverage ensures that in the event of unforeseen circumstances, financial support will be available to help alleviate the burdens faced by families during difficult times. By investing in the well-being of our employees and their loved ones, we reinforce our commitment to their long-term security and overall welfare.

SUPPLEMENTAL VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE

This optional coverage allows our employees to customize their protection based on their personal and family needs based on their unique life stages and circumstances. Employees can choose to increase their coverage at competitive rates with our recommended provider.

LONG-TERM & SHORT-TERM DISABILITY

We provide comprehensive short-term and long-term disability insurance at no cost to the employee. This benefit ensures that if an employee is unable to work due to a medical condition, they will receive a portion of their income, helping them manage financial concerns during their recovery period. Our disability coverage is designed to offer peace of mind and financial stability, allowing employees to focus fully on their health and well-being without the stress of lost income.

HOSPITAL INDEMNITY

Hospital stays can be unexpected and costly, so our employees are offered hospital indemnity insurance as part of our comprehensive benefits package. This coverage provides a fixed cash benefit for each day of a hospital stay, helping to offset the loss of income and additional expenses that often accompany hospitalization. Our goal is to ensure that our employees can focus on recovery without the added financial stress.

ACCIDENT INSURANCE

Accidents happen when least expect it, impacting both health and finances. To help our employees cope with such unforeseen events, we offer accident insurance as a key part of our benefits package. This insurance provides financial assistance in the event of an accident, covering various out-of-pocket expenses such as medical treatments, emergency room visits, and other related costs.

CRITICAL ILLNESS INSURANCE

Life comes with significant challenges, including serious health events. We offer critical illness insurance, which provides a lump-sum payment to employees diagnosed with specific critical conditions. This benefit is designed to help alleviate the financial pressures associated with serious illnesses, such as cancer, heart attack, or stroke, covering expenses like medical treatments, recuperative aids, and other unforeseen costs.

PET INSURANCE

Pets are an integral part of many of our employees' families, so we offer pet insurance to help cover the cost of veterinary visits, procedures, medications, and other pet health-related expenses.

RETIREMENT SAVINGS

We provide a distinctive approach to 401(k) contributions, focusing on ensuring both consistent support and the potential for significant growth in your retirement funds. Triaplex contributes an amount equal to 10% of the annual salary to all full-time, salaried employees.

PEACE OF MIND DURING MAJOR LIFE EVENTS

We understand life can at times throw curveballs and be unpredictable. It would be boring otherwise! To that end, Triaplex offers employees peace of mind to ease the burden of major life events.

PARENTAL LEAVE

Welcoming a new addition to the family is a joyous time in one’s life. The company wants employees to make the most of these critical lifetime events and will grant additional paid time off in support of the employee. • 3 weeks of paid leave for the birth or adoption of a child.

JURY DUTY LEAVE

At Triaplex, we place a heavy emphasis on the importance of giving back to the community and being an active member of our society. An employee that is called up for jury duty will be granted additional paid leave to perform their civic duty. • Up to 3 days of additional leave if selected to serve on a jury. • Half a day of additional leave if summoned, but not selected.

BEREAVEMENT LEAVE

Unfortunate situations such as the death of a family member may arise from time to time during an employee’s employment with the company. When this occurs, employees can have the peace of mind that the company will stand by and offer support during this difficult time. • Full time employees will receive up to 5 days of additional leave for the death of an immediate family member. This leave will ensure employees have time to attend the funeral and make arrangements.

FMLA

The company complies with all provisions of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The FMLA entitles eligible employees of covered employers to take unpaid, job-protected leave for specified family and medical reasons with continuation of group health insurance coverage under the same terms and conditions as if the employee had not taken leave.

MILITARY LEAVE OF ABSENCE

Our culture and mission at Triaplex revolve around the support of our troops and armed forces both here and abroad. We are committed to protecting the job rights of employees that must take military leave. An employee who is called to active duty in the U.S. military will be granted unpaid leave and upon return shall be reinstated to a position they would have had they been continuously employed.
